DICTATION
Have your reports returned within 24 hours! A priority can be placed on any request, resulting
in a 4-hour turnaround. These reports can be emailed directly to you for easy access and printing.
All reports are returned in Microsoft Word format for easy editing.
Dictation has never been easier. All an officer has to do is pick up the phone, dial a 1-800 number,
and begin dictation. We can even accept your reports from a digital portable recorder or pocket PC.
Officers simply dictate into the handheld recorder, which can be done in the cruiser while on the road.
After uploading the file, the rest will be left for us. This formula equates to each officer
spending 10 minutes dictating for 1 hour of paperwork. Over the course of one week, this will put
every officer back on the street for an average of 5 hours more than he/she would have been had
they needed to handwrite or type reports. It's quick, simple, and cost effective. You only pay
